Notice hereby is given that application has been made for a final planned development site plan for Metzler Ranch Filing No. 9, Lot 7. The property is located at 864 Barranca Drive, southwest of Founders Parkway and Woodlands Boulevard.
The proposed development is approximately 1.36 acres. The application proposes a 48-bed memory care nursing home facility. The two-story facility would be approximately 27,400 square feet.
A public hearing regarding this application will be
held before Town Council Tuesday, Sept. 7, at 6 p.m. (time
is approximate) at Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox St., in Council Chambers on
the second floor. All interested persons are invited to attend.
Copies of the application materials are available
at the Development Services Department, located at the above address,
during regular business hours.
