An ordinance approving the fourth amendment to the Metzler Ranch preliminary planned development site plan and first amendment to the Metzler Ranch planned development zoning regulations. This would be applicable to Metzler Ranch Filing No. 9, Lot 7. It would increase the floor area ratio and allow elderly assisted living and nursing home facilities.

Notice hereby is given that Roger Bumgarner, on behalf of Woodlands Medical Center LLC, has made application to the Town for approval of an ordinance, approving the fourth amendment to the Metzler Ranch preliminary planned development site plan and the first amendment to the Metzler Ranch planned development zoning regulations, section 3.2. This would be applicable to Metzler Ranch Filing No. 9, Lot 7. It would increase the floor area ratio from .25 to .46; remove the existing permitted uses; and allow nursing home and elderly assisted living facilities. The property is located at 864 Barranca Drive, southwest of Founders Parkway and Woodlands Boulevard.


A public hearing regarding this application will be held before the Planning Commission Tuesday, Aug. 24, at 6 p.m. (time is approximate) at Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox St., in Council Chambers on the second floor. All interested persons are invited to attend.

Copies of the application materials are available at the Development Services Department, located at the above address, during regular business hours.
