Practice program for adults
Masters Swimming offers an opportunity for adults (ages 18 and up) to be part of a structured practice program focusing on stroke development (technique) first, then speed and endurance.

Why take Masters?
No matter how long you've been at it,
we believe you can improve your swimming. If speed or distance are your swimming goals, we'll help you attain them. Based on Total Immersion Swimming methods, swimmers learn the drills for all four strokes, then participate in daily practices that mix drilling and swimming.
Testimonial
"I started swimming with Castle Rock Masters to learn how to swim efficiently and improve my swim time during my triathlons. I spent about six months dedicating my swims to learn body positioning, practice specific drills and learn all the different strokes. I have met
a lot of great people from the program!
I competed in my first half-Ironman triathlon! What I want to let you know
is that not only did I feel great in the water, I shaved 6 minutes off my swim from last year!"
