(The parcel also fronts onto Founders Parkway) The legal description is: Tract A Metzler Ranch Filing 3 This property is zoned PD, Open Space, as delineated on the Final Plat for Metzler Ranch Filing 3. Interested parties are to make their proposal contingent upon rezoning to a commercial use. This request for proposal can be obtained from the Town’s website (home page) at crgov.com under RFP’s (Request for Proposals) and also at the Parks and Recreation Department, 2301 N.
