Feedback from the community helps the Town improve. Through March 17, residents can share their thoughts with the Town by answering a survey at CRgov.com/2021survey.
This opportunity is a continuation of the Town’s 2021 community survey process. Last month, thousands of Castle Rock households were randomly selected to answer the survey as part of the project. All Town-licensed businesses were also invited at that time to participate.
The resident survey available now is identical to the one distributed in February, so those who already answered do not need to resubmit information. The questionnaire takes about 20 minutes to complete.
Results from the scientific survey conducted last month are being prepared for presentation to Town Council in April. Results from this open survey will be compared to the scientific results, and any key differences will be noted in the final survey report. Additionally, comments submitted via this open survey will be shared with Town Council and Town staff.
The Town commissions resident and business surveys in each odd-numbered year. The feedback provided is vital in helping the Town monitor its performance over time and is used as the Town plans for its future.
Third-party research firm ComEngage is completing the research on the Town’s behalf. The final report will be published at CRgov.com/2021survey sometime in April.
