Planning Commission Virtual Meeting Only: Thursday, Aug. 13 2020

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan for Lot 6, Founders Marketplace Filing No. 1 Amendment No. 2, County of Douglas, State of Colorado (Medical Offices at Founders Marketplace). The site development plan proposes a 5-tenant Class A medical office building on an approximately 1.6 acre site, located in the northeast quadrant of Founders Parkway & State Highway 86.

The applicant’s first neighborhood meeting was excused due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the second neighborhood meeting was held virtually on June 10, 2020. The third neighborhood meeting will be held virtually on Aug. 6, 2020.

Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045 as approved by Town Council, a virtual public hearing on said application will be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2020 at 6 p.m. Public comments are encouraged.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held remotely with no in-person attendance. If you would like to participate in the virtual public hearing, please use any of the following options:

• To attend the virtual public hearing by computer or phone, please follow the Instructions in the Planning Commission agenda. The Planning Commission agenda can be accessed by clicking “View Current Agenda Packet” at https://crgov.com/2190/Planning-Commission. The agenda for the Aug. 13, 2020 Planning Commission hearing will be posted no later than close of business Thursday, Aug. 6, 2020.

• To submit public comments by mail, please mail comments to:
