Tuesday, August 4, 6 to 7 p.m. Mountain Time
Webinar ID: 874 2756 2972
Via Phone (audio only) (312) 626-6799
Meeting ID: 874 2756 2972

A project presentation will be made by the Developer and Engineer, followed by an opportunity for questions and answers from the audience. In order to keep the meeting running smoothly, the following ground rules will be observed:

  •  All participants will automatically have their video / audio turned off upon entry to the meeting.
  • Panelists, including the Developer and Town Staff, will have video avaliable in order to make the presentation and answer questions.
  • Questions will be held until the end of the initial presentation by the developer.
  • To ask a question (or make a comment), please use the “Raise Hand” function in Zoom. This is done by clicking on the “Participants” icon at the bottom of the screen, then clicking on the “Raise Hand” button. Once the presentation concludes, the speaker will work down the list of raised hands in order and activate the user’s audio one at a time to allow them to speak.
  • After questions and comments have been received from the participants in the Zoom       Webinar, the meeting will be opened up for additional questions and comments from users that only called into the meeting.
  • Please be aware that there will be many attendees wanting to speak, so try to keep your
comments focused and concise so that as many people as possible can participate in the limited meeting time period.
  • Please be aware that the meeting will be recorded to ensure an accurate record of comments and questions about the comments
If you have any problems accessing the meeting at the appointed time, please contact Jarrod Ferran at for technical assistance.

We appreciate your interest in this project and look forward to discussing the project with you.
