You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting held via a video conference to discuss a Site Development Plan for the proposed “The Learning Experience” daycare at Meadows Boulevard and Painthorse Drive.

This project proposes an approximately 10,000 square foot daycare center, with associated fenced playground, parking, lighting, landscape, and infrastructure to support the building. The site will require retaining walls to the west of the building due to the large vertical elevation change across the property. In addition, parking and utilities are being provided with this development for a future office building. This future office building is not a part of this Site Development Plan.

Due to your property’s proximity to the site and that this Site Development Plan is subject to Residential / Non-Residential Interface Regulations we are seeking your input on this site plan. At the neighborhood meeting, the applicant will present their plan for the site and information about the daycare operation. They will be able to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have. In addition to the applicant, a representative of Castle Rock Development Company, and a Planner from the Town of Castle Rock, will attend this meeting and will also be available to answer your questions.

Due to the safer-at-home order this will be a virtual meeting, held remotely, with no in-person attendance.
