Due to concerns over the Corona virus, and out of an abundance of caution, this neighborhood meeting has been canceled. The meeting will be rescheduled at a date to be determined and written notices will be re-sent to all property owners within 500 feet of the subject property.

Notice is hereby given that Scott Carlson on behalf of Heckendorf Holdings, LLC, et. al. is holding a neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed zoning amendment to allow a fueling station and convenience store on the 5.1-acre property located at the southwest corner of Crystal Valley Parkway and Plum Creek Boulevard.  The property is legally described as Heckendorf Ranch Filing No. 2, Block 2, Lot 2.  A recent zoning amendment incorporated this lot into the Lantern Planned Development. 

The neighborhood meeting will be held on March 30, 2020, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Plum Creek Church located at 960 S. Interstate 25, Castle Rock, CO 80104.  The property owner will provide information regarding the proposed rezoning expanding the uses on the property to include a gas station and a convenience store. The public is encouraged to attend in order to ask questions and provide feedback.
