Notice
is hereby given that an application has been made for Site Plan Amendment approval
for
Lot 1A, Block 10, Town of Castle Rock, located in the Northwest Quarter of
Section 11, Township 8 South, Range 67 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado (also known as Iron Mule Brewery,
514 N. Perry Street, Castle Rock, Colorado). The application proposes a new
exterior door that would open to a fenced gravel patio on the north side of the
building with associated landscape modifications. A public hearing on said application will be
held before the Design Review Board on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Castle
Rock Town Hall, 100 North Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. All
interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.
Copies of the application materials are available
for inspection at the Castle Rock Town Hall Development Services Department
located at 100 N Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, during regular business
hours.
