Notice is hereby given that Castle Rock Development Co. LLC has made application for a site development plan for Meadows Filing 16, Parcel 8. The property is located south of Wolfensberger Road and west of the Coachline Road / West Plum Creek Parkway intersection, also described as located in the east ½ of Section 9, and a portion of the northwest ¼ of Section 10, Township 8 South, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado.   


The proposed development lies on approximately 26.9 acres. The application proposes 58 paired homes, for a total of 116 dwelling units. The single point of access to the neighborhood, from Wolfensberger Road, will be at the northwest corner of the property.      


A public hearing into said application will be held before the Planning Commission, Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018, at 6 p.m. at in Council Chambers on the second floor of Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox St. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.


Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Development Services Department, located in Town Hall, during regular business hours.
