An Ordinance Amending the Town’s Zone District Map by Designating the Castle Rock Industrial Park Annexation Property as I-2 General Industrial 

Town Council:  March 6, 2018 (Second Reading)

Notice is hereby given that Polo Properties Holdings, LLC has requested approval of a Zone District classification to I-2 General Industrial for the Castle Rock Industrial Park annexation property. The property is addressed as 2801 Highway 85 and located just north of the intersection of Highway 85 and Liggett Road.

The property was previously owned and brought forward for Annexation & Zoning consideration by Castle Rock Industrial Park, LLC. Polo Properties Holdings, LLC took ownership of the property on January 31, 2017. The Annexation application will take place under a separate and preceding Annexation application.

Public hearings into said application for the 2nd reading will be held before Town Council on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 6 P.M. The Town Council hearings will be held in the Town Council Chambers located at Town Hall, 100 North Wilcox Street, 2nd Floor, Castle Rock, CO 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.

Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Castle Rock Development Services Department, located in Town Hall at 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, 80104 during regular business hours.
