following named and described ordinance(s) during its meeting indicated below at the Town of Castle Rock, Town Hall, 100 North Wilcox, Castle Rock, CO 80104. Proposed ordinances are posted not later than five calendar days prior to the Council meeting date.
November 3, 2020 Town Council meetingProposed: An Ordinance Approving a Franchise Agreement Between the Town of Castle Rock, Colorado, and Intermountain Rural Electric Association
The proposed ordinance renews the franchise agreement that expires at the end of this year for another 10-year term.

Adopted ordinances are posted within five business days after adoption and remain posted for thirty days post-adoption.

Adopted: An Ordinance Amending Section 14.02.050 of the Castle Rock Municipal Code Concerning the Lease of Public Property for Water Leases Less than or Equal to 10 Acre Feet (ORD 2020-021)
The adopted ordinance authorizes the Castle Rock Water Director to administratively approve spot water leases for less than or equal to ten acre feet on an annual basis.
Adopted: An Ordinance Amending the Water Dedication Code in Title 4 of the Castle Rock Municipal Code Concerning the Denver Basin Groundwater Dedication Requirements (ORD 2020-022)
The adopted ordinance provides for the acceptance of water rights for future land use approvals to include a cash in lieu price for groundwater within Town boundaries based on market conditions. Water rights outside of Town municipal boundaries would require an additional cash amount plus the cash in lieu price for development costs incurred to transport the water to the Town.
